It was the biggest day of the year for my family yesterday. Not only did Easter and Greek Easter fall on the same day, but it was time to whip out the craft supplies to decorate some kiwis. Check out our kiwis of the year. There were also some Kiwis of the North proving that this trend is sweeping the nation.

UPDATE: The funeral Mass for the Pope John Paul Kiwi has ended and his body has reached its final resting place. A final farewell was held before a small group of people at the tomb located in a kitchen in Lexington, MA where the remains of other kiwis are currently resting. His kiwi body was placed in the trash with a small set of items dictated by history and Vatican protocol: his paper white and red vestments and his plastic arms and googly eyes.

Easter is behind us and once again we managed to outDo all past kiwi years. There were even some completed in Alexandria, Virginia. Watch out – The Easter Kiwi is sweeping the nation! Check them out at:
