Paraben Free Beauty Products

Having heard that Parabens can be linked to breast cancer I have started to check labels and it seems that everything in my life has parabens in it. I found this list of products that don’t contain the many different types of parabens (methylparaben, propylparaben, isoparaben, and butylparaben).  Skin Deep is a safety guide to cosmetics and personal care products brought to you by researchers at the Environmental Working Group.

Sombrero Collage

My Grandfather’s 80th birthday party happened to coincide with El Cinco de Mayo so we had an instant theme for the fiesta. It was a great opportunity to decorate a sombrero for the occasion. I snapped a pic of everyone at the party with the special sombrero and put a Tabblo collage together as a gift for my grandfather. Tabblo was the only website that I could find that allowed you to make and order photo collages. I have many more pics of friends, family etc. with sombreros so I plan to make a much larger version someday.
