The Day the TV Antennae Died

We have been in our house for 4 years now and to celebrate my husband climbed on the roof and finally ripped down the old TV antennae that was on the roof.

It was wonderful to see it on the curb and even more satisfying to see it thrown in the trash truck this am.

Rasterbator

I know it sounds nasty, but The Rasterbator is a cool online tool that allows you to upload an image and you are rewarded with a supersize printout of the image. I can’t wait to print an oversized background out and have students contribute to it with small images that they make. I just have to find some wall space when I return to school.

CSA

We bought a small share in a nearby CSA Farm and look forward to our weekly pickup of beautiful greens and vegetables. Thurday dinner has become Mystery Farm Night.  BTW -> CSA = Community Supported Agriculture.

Fenway Park

Fenway

Our 4th of July adventure was a tour of Fenway Park. Highlights included stops in the press area and the Green Monster seats. I was hoping that we would have the opportunity to run the bases but we weren’t allowed on the field.
